Collection of Personal Information
Most features of the Website/Web Application/Android App would require registration, which may require you to provide your details such as an email address, a password, mobile number and other information.
In case, you avail the online services through www.cureez.com, you will be required to provide Personal Information like your Name, Address, mobile, email id, Bank Account Number and other information required as per applicable regulations [“user information”] at the time of registration/activation of such facility. The collection of these information is obligatory pursuant to regulatory requirements in order to activate and enable the online services. Such information shall be used/shared/maintained/accessed/stored with/by third party technology provider/authorized service providers in order to enable/facilitate/complete/process of online services. Any personal information collected from the user shall be encrypted for data security. The encryption protection is verified by SSL.
From time to time, the Website/Web Application may also request other personal information to provide you with additional benefits of the services as selected by you. On all such occasions, you will have the option to provide or decline to provide that personal information.

If you send a mail to us deactivating your account with us from the Website/Web Application, your data will be deactivated on our servers and no one except an Authorized Person shall have access to your account. However, you always have the option of reactivating your account with www.cureez.com. An Authorized Person shall have the access to comply with orders of the Court, any applicable law or any statutory or legal requirements or for re-activating your account with your consent.
Third Party Services and Website/Web Applications
You should be aware that Cureez shall permit third parties to offer subscription and/or registration-based services through the Website/Web Application. Cureez shall not be responsible for any actions or policies of such third parties, and you should check the applicable privacy policy of such third parties while providing personally identifiable information.
Personal information will not be sent/transferred to these third parties by Cureez unless reasonable steps have been taken to maintain the required level of data protection.

When you register for the services, the Website/Web Application requires your mobile number for your privacy and security. For further security, OTP (One Time Password) will be generated and will be sent on your registered mobile number for enabling your online transactions. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Mobile Number and OTP. You should not provide these credentials/information to any third party.
